Time flies so fast, it has been 9 years and I believe many better years still to come for me and Annapurna Finance . I have developed a lot over the years with many challenges and opportunities. I remember it was a challenging time for the microfinance industry when I had just joined Annapurna Finance. The industry was slow footed but this did not obstruct Annapurna Finance from growing, this was only possible due to the good decision making skills of the management team and hard work that was put in by the employees.

In 2012 when the industry’s business was making up for the lost time I was promoted as an Area Manager in Western Odisha from an Appraisal Officer. I realized the kind of responsibility that was given to me by the company, when I started working there were only 5 branches operating in that particular area. My hard work along with my team’s efforts helped us grow commendably, together we grew from 5 branches to 35 branches. My work gained recognition from my seniors and I was further promoted as the Zonal Manager of Chhattisgarh in 2016.

Currently I am working as the State Head of Chhattisgarh and it is my privilege that I get to work with a group of very talented, hardworking and motivated employees who have helped me perform my best by gaining satisfaction which has further contributed to collective growth of the company. I hope to continue being associated with Annapurna Finance and make it reach newer heights.
