In my position, every day is a new challenge and an opportunity to learn. I still remember in 2009 the microfinance industry was facing one of its biggest challenges and its tremors were felt across all the levels of the MFI Industry. During that time, I was in Odisha and my biggest challenge was to retain the clients and run the business successfully. The positive attitude and guidance of my seniors made it easier to overcome the challenges that were being faced on the field during that period. I was constantly motivated to achieve, which further helped me to motivate my employees  serve more  people and in a better way.

Ever since then, Annapurna Finance has been growing tremendously and has touched many lives. In 2013, Annapurna Finance started its business correspondence and as a head I was focused in streamlining its operations. Annapurna Finance began its geographical expansion in 2015 across various states of India and I was fortunate enough to lead the operations team as the Zonal Manager of Madhya Pradesh.

Today, I manage the portfolio of 5 states and I can say that I am constantly experiencing personal and professional growth and this has been very satisfying and rewarding. I am forever grateful to Annapurna Finance , which has given me the opportunity to climb the ladder of success. Also I wish to take Annapurna Finance to new heights and create an environment conducive for new talents and ideas to reach the zenith of microfinance industry.
