I started as a Branch Manager of Khurda in Odisha in the year 2006. Since then I have been managing the operations of the company. In 2008, I was promoted as the Area Manager of Aska, Ganjam District and with the help of a supporting team I managed to establish 5 branches in that area. I was later given the opportunity to manage the whole Western region of Odisha as the Area Manager in the year 2009 where I managed to increase our outreach by establishing 9 branches in the region.

In 2011 my efforts and my work received further recognition and I was promoted as the Zonal Manager of Chhattisgarh state. With cooperation and constant support of my team members we could boost our operational spread of the company in the state. Later I was also given the responsibility to manage the whole of the Odisha Central Zone as the Zonal Manager and today I efficiently manage operations of one of the major zones i.e. Odisha western zone.

I have been fortunate to be able to grow in my career, which is constantly challenging and never boring. During the initial stages of my career the recognition and appreciation of my work have kept me motivated throughout. I have observed many troughs and crests in this company that taught me the true essence of working in this sector for the growth of rural India. I realized that in Annapurna Finance my growth is synonymous with the growth of our clients. I definitely take pride in this company and I wish to continue working here and serve our clients the best way we can.
