In 2006 I began my journey as a FCO in Khurda Branch with Annapurna Finance. Since then I have had the opportunity to work and perform various roles, right from the executive level to the managerial level. After working as a FCO for 3 years I got promoted as the Branch Manager of Nayagarh Branch in Odisha, and eventually an Area Manager of Angul, Odisha. It has been 12 years now since I am associated with Annapurna Finance. The company has supported me throughout the phases of my life and Annapurna Finance has truly become my second family. I now head as the Zonal Manager of Bhadrak Zone in Odisha. The company’s vision of empowering women and its social objective of development of the rural and vulnerable sector has helped me in staying motivated and utilising my potential to the fullest.
